How we work — from quote to payment
Start a quote with registration and postcode; add notes/photos (“won’t start”, “two low tyres”, “underground car park 2.0m”).
We send a clear offer (no vague phrases). If you accept, we book a time at home, work or safe roadside.
On the day, we confirm ID, match the car to the quote, and initiate instant bank transfer. Funds land before the truck leaves.
We support DVLA steps; if processed at an ATF, you receive a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
How pricing works — transparency first
Vehicle weight & body type
Heavier vehicles carry more recoverable material; estates and SUVs can outprice older, lighter superminis.
Completeness
Catalyst, alloys and tyres matter. A complete vehicle commands a stronger offer; if something is missing, we’ll still collect and price fairly.
Condition & access
Non-runners are fine; we plan equipment accordingly. Height limits, locked brakes or tight turns affect loading time — tell us upfront to keep your offer keen.
Local routes & market
We batch pickups across PO/SO/GU/BN to reduce wasted miles and keep quotes competitive, while tracking local market movement.
