Include the registration, quote or booking reference, and what has changed. If the car has moved, use its current collection postcode. Mention a change to keys, access, vehicle condition or the person meeting the driver before the collection window.

For a paperwork question after collection, include the collection date and the document you are asking about. A purchase receipt, DVLA confirmation and Certificate of Destruction serve different purposes, so naming the document helps us answer the right question.

Do not put passwords, payment-card details or a full V5C document reference in a general message. The registration and enquiry reference are the useful starting points. For a new vehicle valuation, start a quote instead.

How fast can you collect?

Do you pay cash?
We pay by bank transfer after the agreed vehicle and ownership checks. Confirm the payment and handover arrangements with the team.
Do I need my V5C (logbook)?
Helpful but not always essential. Photo ID is required. We’ll advise the correct steps if you don’t have the V5C.
Can you collect a non-runner or no-keys car?
Yes. Tell us if brakes are locked or access is tight — we’ll route the right equipment and keep things smooth.
